And the last date to submit the application form and other required documents was May 31, 2020 (Must be reached Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Bangladesh by post or by courier).

In addition to submitting the application form within this specific date, other important papers that need to be submitted are: Field of Study and Research Plan, Academic Transcripts and Certificates, Letter of Recommendation from Academic Advisor, and Medical Certificates. Some other documents to be submitted are: Abstracts of theses, Certificate of language proficiency(minimum requirement IELTS-6/TOFEL iBT-79/Others equivalent), Recommendation letter from the present employer, and Photograph(s) of own work (only for major in fine arts or music). All documents should be written in Japanese or English or translated into either of these languages.

MEXT grant provisions include – Monthly Allowance (room, board, incidental expenses, and health), Education fees (tuition and academic fees), Traveling Expenses (airline transit costs, travel insurance expenses, and baggage expenses).
